Terminal Information – Departing

Both airports only have one terminal.

From Luton: Luton Airport has a good range of places to eat, shop and relax. The airport has a good range of high-street shops as well as airport essentials like Aelia Duty Free. Dining options range from quick and easy takeaways to relaxing restaurants. From Stansted: the departure lounge at Stansted Airport has a great variety of dining and shopping options. Dining options range from posh nosh (James Martin Kitchen, Halo Fizz Bar) to quick and easy (Burger King, Itsu). Terminal Information – Arriving

Dortmund Airport has excellent public transport connections. There's a shuttle bus to Central Station: the trip takes around half an hour and one-way tickets cost €7.50* (just under £6). Alternatively you can take the 440 bus to the Aplerbeck U-bahn station and continue the journey into town on the U47 train. There's also a bus to Holzwickede Station, where you can get an onward train into the city. There's a taxi rank at the airport, and you can expect to spend about €25* (roughly £19.50) for a taxi into the city centre. Taxis are metered, so prices will vary depending on how far you're going and what time of day you're travelling.
