Terminal Information – Departing
This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.
British Airways depart from the north terminal and Small Planet Airlines fly from the south. If you're arriving at the airport by train, you will arrive in the south terminal. Passengers flying with British Airways will need to take the free inter-terminal shuttle before going through security. Both terminals at Gatwick Airport have a wide range of shops and restaurants. The north terminal has three Jamie Oliver restaurants: an Italian, a sandwich bar and a pub. You'll find most of the shops on the lower level while eateries and bars are on the upper levels. Both terminals have private lounges where you can escape the hustle and bustle. There are No.1 lounges and Regus Express Work Pods in both terminals, while the north terminal also has a My Lounge and an Aspire Lounge. These lounges are open to everyone.

What to expect in Tirana
Tirana is one hour ahead of London and the currency is the Albanian lek. Your money will go a lot further in Tirana than it does in London. A three-course dinner for two in a mid-range restaurant won't set you back much more than £14*, while a pint of local beer costs less than 70p*. During the summer Tirana is a lot warmer than London, with an average temperature of 24°C. Winter temperatures are fairly similar to London, so don't expect too much in the way of winter sun.
