Flights from London to Faro depart from Gatwick, Luton or Stansted Airport. Flights from London Gatwick to Faro are served by Easyjet, Monarch and British Airways. Flights from Luton Airport are served by Easyjet and Monarch and flights from Stansted Airport are served by Ryanair and Easyjet.
Easyjet and British Airways flights from Gatwick depart from the North Terminal. The departure lounge has a number of shops, restaurants cafes and bars which include Boots, Cath Kidston, M&S Simply Food, Wagamama and Starbucks.
Monarch flights to Faro from Gatwick depart from the South Terminal which has a similar selection of shops and places to eat to those found in the North Terminal alongside Mango, Zara, Giraffe and Wonderstreet.

Luton Airport is a single terminal airport, 35 miles to the north of London. After arriving in the Luton departure lounge you should locate the gate for your flight, with a 15 minute walk from the lounge to gates 1-18 it is important you allow enough time to reach your gate. Shops and places to eat offer a wide variety with Krispy Kreme, Wasabi, Hotel Chocolat, Boots, MAC Cosmetics and many more to choose from.
The departures lounge at Stansted Airport has a small selection of shops and eateries which include Hamleys, Next, Boots, Joes Coffee House, Harris + Hoole, Gourmet Hotdog. An additional bag policy in place at Stansted Airport allows you to take a standard sized shopping bag from the airport’s shops on board with you along with your hand luggage.
Faro Airport is located to the west of Faro and serves a number of popular tourist destinations in the Algarve region of Portugal. Onward travel options from Faro Airport are limited to bus into Faro, taxi and car hire. There are two bus services, the 14 and the 16 which run from 5am to 11pm, a one way journey into Faro takes 20 minutes. If you are travelling to other towns in the Algarve you will need to take the bus to Faro and then the train or bus to your destination.
