This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.

All flights to London depart from terminal 1. The departure lounge has a great range of shops, selling everything from high fashion to Bavarian souvenirs. If you're hungry there are plenty of options, from Asian and Italian to traditional German snackfood. There's an Erdinger Weissbeer Bar for that last taste of Munich, and a Coffee Fellow if you need a hit of caffeine before you fly to London.

Terminal Information – Arriving

At London-Gatwick: Flights from Munich land at the south terminal. Conveniently, this is where the airport's train station is located. Express trains get you into town the fastest, but slower commuter trains are available if you're on a budget.

At London-Heathrow: Lufthansa flights land at terminal 2 while British Airways land at terminal 5. Both of these terminals are well connected to the city centre by public transport. You can take the Heathrow Express train (the fastest and most expensive option), the Piccadilly Line on the underground (the cheapest but slowest option), or the commuter train into London. Coaches also serve the airport, and there's a taxi rank outside the arrivals hall.

At London-Luton: Luton Airport only has one terminal. Shuttle buses run between the airport and Luton Airport Parkway train station, where you can take an express train into London. Coaches from the airport are also available.

At London-Stansted: Stansted Airport also has one terminal. There's a train station at the airport where you can catch an express or commuter train into the city centre. National Express and easyBus coaches run between the airport and Victoria bus station: remember to pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment on the day.
