Manchester Airport

Flybe and Loganair flights to Glasgow both depart from Manchester Airport’s Terminal 3 which is a hub for domestic flights. Glasgow International Airport

Glasgow International Airport is located 10 miles west of Glasgow which is ideally located for journeys into Glasgow and the west of Scotland. The airport has two terminals with flights from Manchester arriving into Terminal M, the main terminal.

A taxi rank is located outside of the airport exit and car hire desks are located within the arrivals lounge. There is easy access to the M8 from the airport which connects you to Glasgow, Edinburgh, the M80 and the M77. Driving from Glasgow Airport to Glasgow city centre can take between 15 and 25 minutes depending on traffic.

There are several bus services which run from Glasgow Airport to Glasgow and popular destinations in the west of Scotland and the Highlands including Loch Lomond and Fort William. An official airport shuttle service runs from the airport direct into the city centre’s main bus station every 10 minutes, without stops making it the easiest way to reach the centre. A single ticket costs £6.50.
