Several airlines, including British Airways and Emirates, offer flights from Islamabad to Birmingham. However, only Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) offers direct flights from Islamabad to Birmingham, and those trips are only on certain days. Benazir Bhutto International Airport (ISB) is just a few miles south of Islamabad. The airport has a single terminal with no air bridges. Birmingham Time Zone

The time zone in Pakistan is five hours ahead of the time in England. However, Pakistan does not have Daylight Saving Time whereas England does. This means that after travelling from Islamabad to Birmingham, you will either need to adjust time back either four hours or five, depending on whether or not Daylight Savings Time is in effect.
