Another option would be the Malpensa Shuttle bus. It goes straight from MXP to the Central Station.
If you want the most direct route, you can take a taxi or collect a hire car at the airport. You should note that the city's licensed taxis are white. They have stickers on their windows stating that passengers pay the displayed fare (without any additional fees).
