Pick up a bargain at World Duty Free, treat yourself to some tech at Dixons Travel, or stock up on some last-minute essentials at Boots. Seating is ample, and every customer is entitled to two hours of free Wi-Fi. There's a small spa if you want to treat yourself to a pre-flight facial, and an art gallery where you can peruse work by local artists. There are two executive lounges, Aspire and No.1 Traveller, which you can check into if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

If you buy your ticket from the machine by the bus stop or the newsagent inside the airport you'll pay HUF 350* (about 80p), but if you buy on-board the ticket price rises to HUF 450* (just over £1). The cabs at the taxi rank are metered, and you can expect to pay anywhere from HUF 5000* to HUF 10,000* (about £11.50-£23) depending on your destination in Budapest. If you're planning a self-drive holiday you should compare car hire at Budapest Airport to find the best prices.
