Terminal Information – Arriving
King Abdulaziz International Airport is situated roughly 35 miles from the city of Jeddah. The easiest way to get from the airport to the city centre is by taxi. The taxi rank is located just outside of the arrivals terminal, and you will find plenty of drivers there offering their services. To ensure you get the best possible price and to avoid confusion later on, agree on the fare before you leave the airport.
As this is an international flight, you should arrive at Manchester Airport 2-3 hours before your flight to Jeddah is due to depart. UK citizens, including those travelling to Jeddah for the Hajj pilgrimage, need a visa to enter Saudi Arabia. Your passport should also be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of entry into Saudi Arabia.
