Terminal Information – Departing

This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.

Thomson Airways flights to Agadir depart from the north terminal, while easyJet flights leave from the south terminal. Make sure you go to the right terminal upon arrival at the airport: there's a free inter-terminal shuttle which makes it easy to get to and from the airport train station. Both departure lounges are split over two levels, with most of the shops on the lower floor and the restaurants on the upper floor. The north terminal has slightly more amenities. Not only does it have three Jamie Oliver owned eateries, it also has two more executive lounges than the south terminal. The My Lounge and Aspire lounge are open to all travellers for a price. Both terminals have a No.1 Traveller Lounge (also open to everyone, for a fee) and Regus Express Work Pods, which are perfect for business travellers. Give yourself plenty of time to reach your gate once it's called: Gatwick is a massive airport and the gates can be a bit of a hike from the main shopping and dining hub.

Terminal Information – Arriving

Airport taxis are available outside the terminal. If you arrive during the day you can expect to pay about 200* dirham (just under £14.50) for a trip into town. After 8pm the price rises to 300* dirham (just under £21.50).  There's also a bus, local route 22, which goes to the suburb of Inezgane where you can find onward transport into the city. Bus tickets cost 4* dirham (about 30p). Car hire at Agadir Airport is available from Thrifty, Sixt, Hertz, First Car, Europcar, Budget and Avis.  Some hotels in Agadir offer airport transfers, usually for an added fee.
