Airlines that fly from Manchester to Tallinn
No airlines currently offer non-stop flights from Manchester to Tallinn. It's possible to fly indirect with Lufthansa via Frankfurt, KLM via Amsterdam, Finnair via Helsinki, SAS via Stockholm, or Turkish Airlines via Istanbul.

Manchester Airport has three terminals. Lufthansa, Finnair, Turkish Airliens and SAS flights leave from terminal 1. KLM leave from terminal 3. All of the terminals at Manchester Airport offer passengers free Wi-Fi for up to an hour. They also each have an Escape Lounge, which all passengers on all airlines can pay to use. Access costs £21* if you book through Manchester Airport's website in advance, or £25* if you pay on the day.
Terminal 1 is the largest terminal, with a huge range of shops and restaurants. Places to shop include high street favourites like Next, Jo Malone, The Body Shop and Paperchase. It also has the usual airport stores Biza Duty Free, WH Smith and Dixon's Travel. Places to eat include Greggs, Starbucks, The Spud Factory, Mi Casa and Bar MCR. There's also a Cloud Spa, if you have time for a pre-holiday pamper session.
Terminal 3 has fewer shops and places to eat. These include Caffe Nero, Costa, Delice de France and Pork & Pickle. The Lion and the Antelope is great for a pre-flight tipple, while Trattoria Milano offers hearty Italian meals. Shops include Biza Duty Free, Boots, WH Smith and Accessorize.
Terminal Information – Arriving
Tallinn Airport is just over three miles from the city centre.
· Bus line 2 towards Reisisadam takes about 15 minutes to reach the city centre.
· There's a taxi rank outside the terminal. Expect to pay about €7-10 for a trip into downtown Tallinn.
· Avis, Sixt, Budget, Europcar, NU Car Rentals and Hertz all provide car hire at Tallinn Airport.
Practical Information
We recommend arriving at the airport at least 90 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time. You need a valid passport to fly to Tallinn from Manchester.
What to expect in Tallinn
Tallinn is two hours ahead of Manchester and the local currency is the Euro (€). The climate in Tallinn is much more extreme than Manchester, with warm summers and freezing winters. You can expect temperatures in the low-20°C's during July and August, which is perfect for exploring the city.
