This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.

London-City: this city-centre airport is small but well-rounded. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the departure lounge. Shops include Aelia Duty Free, WH Smith, Links of London and Boots. If you're peckish or fancy a pre-flight tipple the airport has a pub, two coffee shops, a restaurant, and a sandwich bar.

London-Gatwick: easyJet, Norwegian, Small Planet Airlines and Thomas Cook Airlines depart from the South Terminal. Thomson Airways fly from the North Terminal. Check your boarding card before going through security: if you're arriving at the airport by train and flying from the North Terminal you will need to take the free inter-terminal shuttle. Both terminals at Gatwick have a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, and executive lounges.

London-Heathrow: British Airways fly to Santorini from Terminal 5, which has its own dedicated stop on the train and underground. Terminal 5 is known for its luxurious shops and restaurants, which include big British designers like Burberry and Alexander McQueen. Don't miss Gordon Ramsay's restaurant, Plane Food.

Terminal Information – Arriving

Santorini Airport has one terminal. Public transport in Greece isn't as efficient as public transport in London, and private transfers are often a lot more convenient. Many hotels in Santorini offer an airport shuttle service: sometimes this is free, sometimes it costs a little extra. There are numerous private transfer companies that you could use, and a taxi rank is located outside the terminal. Cabs in Santorini are metered, so the price you pay will depend on how far you're driving. Car hire at Santorini Airport is a popular option, with a number of big brands based in the arrivals hall. If you're happy to take public transport, there's a bus from the airport to Thira bus station. From here you can find buses to other towns and villages on the island.
