TRIP linhas aéreas flights
TRIP Linhas Aéreas S/A (commonly known simply as TRIP) was a domestic, regional airline based in Brazil. Established in 1988, the company started life with just two twin-turboprop commuter planes. By 2012 Trip had 4.47% of the Brazilian domestic market share in terms of passengers per kilometre flown.
In the same year, 2012, Azul Brazilian Airlines acquired TRIP. TRIP continued to operate under the TRIP brand for the remainder of the year. By the start of 2013, Azul and TRIP began comprehensive code-sharing, and all flights used the IATA code of AZUL. The acquisition process was finally completed in 2014, and all TRIP assets were transferred to AZUL.
