At Gatwick: Norwegian flights from Los Angeles land at the south terminal. Taxis into the city centre can be extremely expensive, so it's best to take public transport or hire a car at Gatwick Airport. The south terminal has its own train station, with regular express and standard rail services into the city centre. Gatwick Airport is also served by National Express and easyBus coaches: we recommend booking your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.
At Heathrow: Air New Zealand and United Airlines land at terminal 2, American Airlines and Virgin Atlantic land at terminal 3 while British Airways land at terminal 5. All of these terminals have access to overground and underground train stations. The overground Heathrow Express train is the fastest way to reach London, while the Piccadilly Line on the tube is the cheapest. Bus and coach services, taxis and car hire from Heathrow Airport are also available.
