 Getting to & from the Airport

Driving hide 

It's easy to get to Cork International airport from any direction, owing to the good network of main roads. Kilkenny, Limerick, Sallybrook, Tipperary and Waterford are all within easy reach.
From the north - Head south along the N20 and the N27, take the L42 (R600) south and then follow the signs for the airport, which is on the right-hand side.

From the south – Head south then take L42 (R600) north, continue north along the L242 and then turn left into the airport compound.

From the east -  Take the N25 and the N8 west from the Waterford region, by pass Cork on the N27 and head south, take the L42 south and then follow the signs for Cork Airport

From the west - Take the N22 east towards Cork, head south at Fitzgerald Park for a few miles and follow the signs for the airport.

Trains hide 

Cork-Kent train station is located right outside Cork city centre and can be reached by taxi or bus. Buses to the airport from the train station leave every 45 minutes.

Buses hide 

The Eireann coach service runs from Dublin, Waterford, Tralee & Killarney to Cork. Bus Éireann also operates a service between the airport and the city centre that runs every 45 minutes, and takes about 20 minutes.
