Terminal Information – Departing
Newcastle Airport has one terminal. The departure lounge is small but has a good range of high-street shops including JD Sports and Accessorize. There are also a few airport favourites like World Duty Free, Boots and WH Smith. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or a coffee. Fast food options include Greggs, Starbucks, Upper Crust and Burger King. Sit-down restaurants include The Cabin and Flying Hippo American Diner. If you're in the mood for a pre-flight tipple, head to The Beer House. The pub has its own small courtyard so smokers can have one last cigarette before boarding. For a bit of extra luxury check into the Aspire lounge. Access starts at £21.99* per person, offering an escape from the general hubbub of the departure area. It also features unlimited Wi-Fi (essential if you need to get some work done) and a complimentary selection for refreshments.
Terminal Information – Arriving
Bristol Airport has one terminal. Public transport and taxis can be found outside the arrivals hall. The Flyer Express bus offers a direct service to the city centre. Single tickets are £7*, while return tickets are valid for a month and cost £11.* Coaches are also available to other towns in the region, including the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare. The car hire reception area is in a separate building, a short walk away from the terminal. You can compare car hire at Skyscanner to find the best deals at Bournemouth Airport.
We recommend arriving at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure. Give yourself extra time if you're travelling during rush hour or during the school holidays. You don't need a passport to fly from one UK city to another. You will need to show some photographic ID at the departure gate. Approved ID includes driving licenses, NUS cards and government issued bus passes. Visit easyJet's website for a comprehensive list of acceptable ID types on domestic flights.
