With the exception of Aer Lingus’ flights to Faro, which leave from Terminal 2, most flights to Faro leave from Terminal 1.
Shops at Terminal 1 include newsagents like Spar and WH Smith, travel shops such like Rolling Luggage and Dixons Travel, and upmarket fashion shops like Parfois, Hour Passion, and Sunglass Hut. There’s also a Boots for picking up sunscreen and travel sickness tablets as well as Surfbox for printing out boarding passes or travel reservation information. Eating and drinking options range from McDonalds and Starbucks to healthier options Jump Juice, Streatfeast, and Wrights of Howth. For something a little stronger, the Gate Clock Bar and The Angel’s Share offer a selection of food and alcoholic drinks.
Terminal 2 has a similar mix of newsagents and upmarket shops including Boss Menswear, Tommy Hilfiger, and Pandora. Like Terminal 1, it also has shops selling travel essentials such as Pure Pharmacy, Dixons Travel, and WH Smith. For a coffee or cup of tea there are plenty of cafes including Lavazza and Java Republic. For that last pint of Guinness on Irish soil, there’s The Slaney or the Oak Café Bar both of which offer drinks as well as larger meals.
Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout both terminals, making it easy to research your trip to the Algarve while you’re waiting to board.
