There are also public buses, private bus operators, and taxis that can take you to the city. One of the quickest methods, though, is the train. The Airport Express runs from the airport to various locations in the metro area.

What to Expect in Hong Kong

Sydney is two hours ahead of Hong Kong, so be sure to adjust your watch accordingly. You may be used to warm weather in Sydney but perhaps not humid weather. Humidity levels are high in Hong Kong, reaching 80%, and the summer months are fairly rainy as typhoon season is from May to the end of September. Temperature highs range from 30 °C in the summer to 16 degrees in the winter. Remember that since Sydney is below the equator, it seasons are opposite of Hong Kong's.
