Stansted Airport has plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop so you won’t have any trouble finding ways to pass the time before your flight. If you haven’t already changed your Sterling into Euro, use some of the time to visit a Bureau de Change. MoneyCorp offers a reserve and collect facility allowing you to pre-order your money and pick it up at the airport.

If you’re already prepared, grab a bite to eat or something to drink from one of the many restaurants and cafes. Choices range from sandwich shops like Pret a Manger and Joes Coffee House to upmarket venues like James Martin Kitchen and Halo Fizz Bar. Free Wi-Fi is available for up to 60 minutes per device. This is usually enough time for most passengers, however if you need internet access for longer you can purchase an hourly or a day pass. Alternatively, you could book yourself into the Escape Lounge. Along with free Wi-Fi the Escape Lounge has a complimentary buffet and selection of drinks and newspapers.
