This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.

From Gatwick: Tui and British Airways flights depart from the North Terminal. Thomas Cook, Monarch and easyJet all fly from the South Terminal. There's a free inter-terminal shuttle for passengers who need to travel from one terminal to the other. This is before security, so make sure you're in the right terminal before heading through to the departure lounge. Both terminals at Gatwick Airport have a wide selection of shops, business lounges, and places to dine. As a rule of thumb you'll find cafes, restaurants and pubs on the upper levels with shops on the lower level.

From Luton: Luton Airport has one terminal. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the departure lounge, but if you need faster internet access we recommend booking into the executive lounge. There are plenty of high-street and designer shops like MAC Cosmetics, Kurt Geiger and WH Smith as well as a wide range of restaurants and snack bars.

From Stansted: Stansted Airport has one terminal. The restaurants and shops are mostly clustered around a central concourse. There are toy shops, fashion shops, a duty free shop and a WH Smith. Food options include Itsu sushi, James Martin Kitchen and Giraffe.

Terminal Information – Arriving

The airport has one arrivals terminal. Bus route F connects the airport to the main train station and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Private shuttles also run between the airport and a number of nearby ski resorts. Some hotels offer airport pick-up and drop-off: get in touch with them if in doubt. There's a taxi rank immediately outside the terminal building. Prices range from €50-390 (£38.50-300) depending on how far you're travelling.
