Terminal Information – Arriving
This information is a guideline only and is subject to change.
At Gatwick: Air Canada flights land at the north terminal. The train station at Gatwick Airport is in the south terminal, so for rail services to London and beyond you'll need to hop on the free inter-terminal shuttle. As well as express and non-express train services, Gatwick Airport is also served by easyBus and National Express buses: pre-booking is recommended. Taxis from Gatwick into London can be extremely expensive. Car hire from Gatwick Airport is also available, but remember that roads in central London are often busy.
At Heathrow: Air Canada flights land at terminal 2. This terminal has an underground (tube) station and an overground train station too. The fastest way to reach the city is using the Heathrow Express. Non-express services are also available. It takes about an hour to reach central London using the tube, but this is the cheapest way to travel. If you have a contactless credit or debit card it works the same way as an Oyster, so you don't need to buy a ticket from the machines. Taxis are available from outside the terminal. If you prefer being behind the wheel, book car hire from Heathrow Airport.
