What to expect in Mumbai

Mumbai is 4.5 hours ahead of Birmingham. The currency is the Indian Rupee. The climate in Mumbai is very different to that of Birmingham: it's hot all year round! The best time to visit is during the cooler season (October to March) where temperatures tend to sit around 24-29°C on average. Monsoon season lasts from June until September. These months are very hot and humid, and there's a huge chance of torrential rain. This can flood the roads, making travel difficult and unpleasant.
