Terminal Information – Departing

London-City: London's business oriented airport, London-City only has one terminal. The departure lounge boasts free Wi-Fi throughout and a small, well-curated selection of shops and places to grab a coffee. The airport has a silent airport policy, which means no announcements are made.
Heathrow: KLM flights usually depart from Heathrow's Terminal 4. Terminal 4 has its own dedicated stop on the Heathrow Express and Piccadilly Line. Some trains don't visit this terminal, or bypass it for Terminal 5. Check the train route carefully before boarding, and double-check your boarding pass, as it can be a pain if you jump out at the wrong station. Inside the terminal you'll find a wide selection of designer shops and excellent restaurants.
Terminal Information – Arriving
Norwich Airport only has one terminal. The Park & Ride Yellow Line bus runs an express service between the car park and Surrey Street bus station in downtown Norwich. One-way tickets on this service cost £2.50.* Alternatively you can take local bus route 23, which has a stop just outside the airport. Tickets are just £1.70* but it takes longer to reach the city than the express bus does. There's a taxi rank just outside the terminal. Expect to pay £7* for a taxi into Norwich. If you're planning to drive remember to compare car hire from Norwich Airport to get the best prices. Avis, Hertz and Europcar all have a base at the airport.
Practical Information
If you're flying to Norwich via Edinburgh you won't need to bring your passport. You will need some form of valid photographic ID for security purposes. A full list of accepted ID is available from the Flybe website, but includes forms of government issued ID such as bus passes and driving licenses. If you choose to fly via Amsterdam you will need your passport, as you'll be passing through the Schengen zone. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 90 minutes before your flight is due to depart.
