As well as standard check-in desks, you may also be able to use self-service check-in machines. It’s a good idea to check with Flybe as to their check-in options and when they advise you to arrive at the airport.
Throughout the airport, free Wi-Fi connection is available for up to four hours. If you need longer than four hours you can pay to extend the service. Alternatively, if you don’t have an internet enabled device, you can get online at internet kiosks located both before and after security.
Once you’re through to the departures lounge, you’ll find a good selection of food, drink and shopping outlets. You can get a pub meal at The Glove Bar & Kitchen, a quick snack at Costa Coffee or a drink and a light bite a The Olive Tree café bar. Shops include WHSmith and a duty free store.
Passengers can make use of a Shop and Collect service whereby any bulky or fragile purchases made at the airport’s duty free store can be left and collected from a designated point upon their return to Southampton.
A Priority Lounge is also available for all passengers, regardless of airline or class of travel. For a fee, you get refreshments, unlimited Wi-Fi and a quiet place in which to work or relax before your flight.
