Newcastle Airport's departure lounge has plenty of shops, restaurants and places to relax. You can pick up last minute essentials from Boots, WH Smith, World Duty Free and Accessorize. Terminal Information – Arriving

Cork Airport is about 5 miles from the city centre. Bus Éireann 226 runs from the airport to the city centre. There are also CityLink buses to Galway and Limerick. There's a taxi rank outside the terminal building: you should expect to spend about €20* for a taxi into the city centre. Practical Information

You don't need a passport to fly to Cork from Newcastle as both cities are within the Common Travel Area. You will need to show some photographic identification at the departure gate: usually a driving license or another official form of ID is acceptable. Check Aer Lingus's website for more information.
