Terminal Information – Departing

This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.

Flights to Dhaka depart from terminal 4. This terminal has its own stop on the tube (Piccadilly Line) but is not served by the Heathrow Express. If you're taking the express train to the airport you need to hop off at the station for terminals 1, 2 & 3 and take the tube for one stop, to T4. Remember to factor this into your journey time, and double check which terminal you're flying from before heading to the airport. Once you arrive you'll find that Terminal 4 has a great range of places to eat and shop. There are lots of designer and high-street brands to choose from, and as Dhaka is outside the European Union you can make the most of your duty free discount. There's a Plaza Premium Lounge in terminal 4 which has a spa, a champagne bar and a tapas menu.

The airport is 13 miles from the city centre and is just off the motorway. If you don't fancy taking a taxi or hiring a car, there's a train station outside the arrivals area.

Your passport only needs to be valid for the duration of your stay.
