Oman visa requirements for British citizens
Travellers need a visa to visit Oman for Tourism for more than 14 days. Travellers with a confirmed hotel booking, health insurance, and a return ticket do not need a visa if staying for 14 days or less in Oman.
An Oman eVisa is the fastest and easiest way of obtaining a visa for Oman because travellers can submit their application and supporting documents online. Once the application is approved, travellers receive their eVisa confirmation electronically.
A valid visa is required to board the flight if staying for more than 14 days. If the visa is expired or doesn’t match the traveller’s passport information, travellers will not be able to board their flight.
