Belfast International Airport only has one terminal. Shops in the airport include Aelia Duty Free, WH Smith and Superdrug: perfect for picking up last minute travel essentials. There's also a Traveller shop selling holiday accessories and a Visit Belfast for Northern Irish souvenirs. Hungry travellers can choose between Burger King, The Strangford Grill and Fed & Watered for a pre-flight meal. For a quick bite and a coffee there's a Starbucks and a Caffe Ritazza. The Lagan Bar offers slightly stronger tipples. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the airport. You can escape the buzz of the main departure area by checking into the Causeway Lounge. Terminal Information – Arriving
Dubrovnik Airport is about 9.5 miles from the city centre. Croatia Airlines run shuttle buses between the airport and the city's main bus station, Kantafig. Tickets cost HRK 35 and the journey takes 45 minutes. Note that the bus station is about a mile and a half from the old town. You can get a taxi from the airport to the city centre, but expect to pay about HRK 320. Another option is renting your own vehicle. Budget, Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, Avis and Sixt all offer car hire from Dubrovnik Airport.
Practical Information
You need a valid passport to fly to Dubrovnik from Belfast. Try to arrive at the airport around 90 minutes before scheduled departure. Remember you might need extra time if you're checking in a suitcase or flying during the school holidays.
What to expect in Dubrovnik
