Easyjet fly direct from Manchester to Pisa Airport throughout the year, Jet2 fly to Pisa on a seasonal basis.
Terminal Information
Manchester Airport
It is recommended that you arrive at Manchester Airport at least 2 hours before your flight to Pisa is due to depart. Jet2 offer check in online or at the airport. The Jet2 check in desks open 3 hours and 30 minutes before the flight. Easyjet do not have check in desks and you must check in online or via mobile at least 2 hours before your flight.
There are three terminals at Manchester Airport and both Easyjet and Jet2 (until the 31st Jan 2019) flights depart from Terminal 1. Terminal 1 is a short walk away from the transport hub; The Station where bus and train services arrive at the airport. When you arrive in the Terminal 1 departures lounge you can enjoy browsing the variety of shops or grab a bite to eat in one of the many cafes or restaurants. Brands you can expect to see here include Boots, Next, Timberland, Jo Malone, Soho Coffee, Starbucks and Giraffe.
There is an Escape Lounge in Terminal 1 which offers complimentary food, hot and cold drinks and Wi-Fi access from £19.99 per person.
From the 1st of February 2019 Jet2 flights will start to operate from Terminal 2. The departures lounge has a selection of shops so you can pick up duty free bargains or last minute holiday essentials from Biza, Accessorize and Boots before your flight. Those travelling with children can take advantage of the children’s play areas which are suitable for children under 8 years old. Food and drinks can be found in Brodericks, The Observatory Bar, Café Nero and many others.

Pisa International Airport
Pisa International Airport, also known as Galileo Galilei Airport has one terminal and enjoys a convenient location just 1km south of the city of Pisa.
In the arrivals hall at Pisa Airport there are plenty of facilities to help you make the next stage of your trip which include a ticket office, tourist information point and currency exchange points. There is also a cafeteria and shops.
To reach Pisa or the surrounding area there are buses, taxis, or car hire available. A typical taxi fare to Pisa city centre can be anywhere from €6-10 depending on your destination and time of travel. If you are travelling beyond Pisa and into Tuscany the Pisa Central Station is a short 8 minute shuttle bus ride away.
If you have hired a car from Pisa Airport you will need to head to the dedicated car rental facility. This is 500m from the terminal building and you can walk or take the shuttle bus.
