You should arrive at Glasgow Airport at least one hour before your flight to Leeds is scheduled to depart. Leeds Bradford Airport is located 10 miles north-west of the city centre. In the arrivals hall you'll find Caffe Ritazza, WH Smith and a Travelex currency bureau.

Options for reaching the city centre include buses and taxis. City Link and Flying Tiger run bus services (the latter has power points and free Wi-Fi) to the bus station and railway station, taking around 35 minutes one way.

What to expect in Leeds

Leeds is ideally situated for those wishing to explore the delights of the Yorkshire Dales and the Peak District, whilst also being close to Harrogate and York. The city itself is fairly compact, so the best way to see the sights is on foot – the city centre is mostly pedestrianised.
