Nice hotel in city centre
Very nice hotel in the city centre of Vilnius. Unfortunately I was there only one night so didn’t have much time to do sightseeing.
The hotel is very nicely renovated. The entrance has a modern atmosphere and the bar is well situated at the entrance. There’s enough space to sit down and have some drinks.
The room (I had number 222) is located at the front of the hotel, so you hear some noise from the street (which is the main street of Vilnius). Further, the room is quite large and there’s a coffee machine and minibar. The bathroom (with shower, which I prefer) is also spacious and meets the standard. There weren’t much aminities but I don’t care about that. The furniture has some Scandinavian twist, which I liked.
The staff is friendly and check-in and check-out are efficient. I will certainly recommend a stay in this hotel.

I chose to stay here as a solo traveler and this was the perfect stay in every way! From the moment I checked in, the staff was gracious and helpful, even asked if I needed an adapter. I was able to walk everywhere after taking an uber from the airport, perfect location near many bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar was an added bonus and the drinks were #deelish!

Unfortunately, negative experiences
I cannot understand the good reviews at all.
We were here for 2 nights during our group trip.
Rooms facing the street are extremely loud.
The renovated rooms may have a vintage charm, but I find a brown room and bathroom decor outdated and not comfortable.
Some rooms have the house wall next door just 2 meters away directly in front of the window.
We found the breakfast to be very sparse and not appropriate for a hotel of this category. It was the worst on our trip (cheap cheese, no natural yogurt, no fresh egg dishes).
The worst part was the breakfast room itself: dark and without windows.
The bed was good.
The service staff were quite unmotivated.
We were here for 2 nights during our group trip.

Best hotel in Vilnius ..Free upgrade
Because im a repeated customer when I returned to Vilnius on April 2026 the morning manager recognize me and gave me a free upgrade...If you are hungry and dont want to go out they got customer service and a lobby restaurant ..Defitly i will come back soon...

Great Hotel - highly recommended
The stay at Neringa Hotel was a pleasant one. It was especially pleasant to register your wonderful renovation. Rooms were spacious and light. Minibar, waterboiler and coffee-maker. Great bathroom with robes. Exceptionally situated - very near everything. We could walk to all places we wanted to go to. Reception employee were friendly and gave us good advices. Full bar - I mean lots of choices. Highly recommended.
