North of Bogotá is the non-touristy suburb of Chia, where many residents live and commute into the city. Take a walk into the town square and pass the shops.

Chia is a suburb of Bogotá. There is not a much to do here but a bunch of residency. Except when it gets dark, then the Chia changes. Chia is where the locals go for the nightlife. If you really want to dance the whole night away, visit some of the places in Chia.
