Phuket Airport is 39.3km (39m) from Patong and can be reached by turning right at the junction of the airport’s exit road on to the 402 for the rest of your journey.
Parking can be very difficult close to Patong beach as it tends to be crowded year-round. The northern end of the 2km strip of beach has better availability of parking. In the area surrounding the beach of Patong there are numerous paid and free street parking and car parks.
