A small college town, beautiful and idyllic. It does empty out during the summer months, but it is very open and beautiful during that time, it makes it quite nice.

Lund is a beautiful college town, and its name is quite famous in scientific circles. The buildings on campus and in town are amazing.

Lund is a beautiful town of ~100,000 that is comprised of 50,000 students at Lund University. This is Sweden, the girls are tall, blond and stunningly good looking. Lund is a "15 minute city", you can get anywhere on bike in 15 minutes. There are bike paths everywhere and there is plenty of bike parking everywhere. The buses run on biogas and you can't buy beer after 3pm on Saturday until Monday at 10am. Copenhagen is 35 minutes away by train and Stockholm is about 4 hours away via train. Lund University, or Lunds Universitet in Swedish, was founded in 1666 by the Danish. If its windy in Lund when you visit, make any Swede laugh by going up to them and saying in an annoyed tone, "Deyy bloaser iyen!". Check out Lund Cathedral and try not to stare at the beautiful blonds riding their bikes on the cobblestone paths downtown!

Home of Lund University, a college friendly spot not too far from Denmark, and a great spot to bike and explore one of Scandinavia's oldest institutions.
