Upgrade your cabin baggage

With Wizz Priority, you can book a larger cabin bag alongside your free bag. As well as your standard carry-on bag, you can also bring a trolley bag with maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23cm and a maximum weight of 10kg.

This is ideal if you need more space in your luggage for carry-on items and don’t want to pay to check a bag. It often works out cheaper than checking a bag, especially for shorter trips. If you think you’ll need the extra trolley bag, it makes sense to purchase Wizz Priority when you make your original booking, as it can sell out quickly.

If you need more luggage than what’s allowed in the cabin, you can book hold luggage with Wizz Air. Size wise, it can’t be larger than 149 x 119 x 171cm. You have different weight options available, and can choose from 10kg, 20kg, 26kg and 32kg. If you need hold luggage, remember it’s cheaper to pay when you book rather than leave it until you get to the airport.

Not only do fees depend on the weight of your bag, but also when you’re travelling. Baggage fees with Wizz Air are more expensive during peak times, like the summer school holidays or over Christmas.
