Trains emit significantly fewer emissions than planes. Taking the train between London and Edinburgh, for example, can be 13 times less polluting than flying.*
Trains have a role to play in the complete journey too – many people enjoy the ease of flying, but there are plenty of opportunities to supplement longer trips with alternative forms of transport, or to take a train instead of a short-haul flight.
We’ve always been known as the place to help travellers find the best-value flights. We also know that sustainability is becoming more front-of-mind for travellers. Adding trains gives travellers greater choice to help them build their trip.

It’s time to expand our product offering into trains, remaining committed to helping travellers find the best options for them, whether that’s the cheapest price, quickest time or most convenient journey.
Trains will be offered initially in five markets (the Netherlands, Germany, South Korea, Spain and the UK) and we’re beta testing in many more countries – so watch this space.
