At Skyscanner, building a more balanced and inclusive workplace remains a priority. Today, we’ve published our UK 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report, sharing our latest data and the progress we’ve made.
For the first time, we’re submitting on behalf of two group entities in the UK: one for Skyscanner Limited and one for our newer entity Skyscanner Technology Limited, alongside a combined narrative report so we can explain what sits behind the numbers in more detail. Our combined median gender pay gap is 15%, down 1.6% year on year, while our combined mean gap remains stable at 9.5%. Since 2017, we’ve reduced our median gap by 11.4% and our mean gap by 9.2%.
Our gender pay gap continues to be driven primarily by representation, particularly a higher proportion of men in senior and technical roles. We’re focused on addressing this by improving progression and increasing representation across our business.
As of December 2025:
27.2% of our tech roles are held by women
41.1% of our leadership roles are held by women
We aim for women to make up 30% of tech roles and 45% of leadership by 2030.
Across 2025 we continued to invest in actions to support long-term change, including strengthening our early talent pipeline, expanding mentorship and leadership development, and enhancing our family and health-related benefits.
While we’re encouraged by the progress we’ve made, we know there is more to do. We remain committed to improving representation, progression and transparency, and to taking sustained action to close our gender pay gap over time.
