Friendly people in any city make a visit a pleasure. That is what I came in to contact with in Wichita both at work and socially.

I have to give this a 5 star as it's the hometown. I grew up here and know the city pretty well like the back of my hand (or did at least until I moved to Europe 6 years ago). There are lots of hidden treasures in Wichita and typically Wichitans are apologetic of their city. It's a great place to raise a family. Also, it's actually a great place to visit if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere and a taste of what the "real" America looks like (rather than a touristy trip filled with New York City and Disney World).
