Avoid at all costs

Having arrived at 11.30pm for a 3 night stay following flight delay this was a birthday wowcher gift voucher holiday that we paid for an extra night on top off we could see the place looked a bit run down we were yet to see the horrors that awaited in the cold light off day ! The fist room we had was like the room that everything that was broken or damaged was put from missing window catches broken curtain poles every set off draws cabinets had missing or broken handles shower head didn’t work no got water toilet leaking around the bottom and would only flush sometimes the mould all over the bathroom and shower area . The plug sockets hanging off the walls to not working there remote was filthy a lamp that was broken and would fall and lean at every angle possible . Got moved to another room the following day this was slightly better in comparison still shower and toilet that leaked and mouldy . The whole place is filthy run down and broken from the corridors to the lounge area broken sofas toilets with no working lights at all
This place is marketed as 3 * with 2 pools bar spa restaurant and has none off these the pool was Like a swamp green and unusable with a building site directly above. I am happy with basic accommodation but expect basic facilities to be clean and useable this place should be closed down as it’s not fit for purpose .we spoke with other guests who all had the same complaints avoid at all costs

Riad Marrakech house

If you are hoping for calm, shower and enjoy the pool this is not the right place, I stayed at this hotel from May 7 to 8, 2026. When I arrived, I noticed some construction work right in front of the pool so for the quiet and the pool it is missed. Photo attached.
Second problem, when I started showering, I noticed that there was no hot water. I went down several times for two hours with my head full of product. With all their goodwill the housekeepers tried to find a solution. The person in charge was not there and did not return until about 6 a.m. I could only count on the help of a young receptionist who is in his second day.
Besides, I met other customers who confirmed to me no hot water at their house either since the day before. I went out until 10:00 p.m., when I returned, the manager denied the problem and told me to let the water run. I let it run for half an hour, nothing. A receptionist went upstairs and noticed the problem. About 1:00 in the morning, still nothing. So it's impossible to shower. I tried until 2:00, but I couldn't. This mishap has caused me to waste my time and get a cold.
I wrote to Agoda about the problem but the manager denies the problem despite the facts. I find it a shame to face the bad faith of the absentee manager.
Finally, I thank the housekeepers and the two male receptionists who did their utmost to help me.
