Reserve & Collect: FAQs
You can order your beauty favourites from 1 to 30 days before you travel from your UK airport via World Duty Free. This way, you save time when you get to the airport and secure your must-have beauty products at duty free prices – often with an extra 10% off!
Anyone departing from key UK airports, flying to destinations eligible for duty free purchases, can use this service. As of January 2021, this includes EU destinations like Spain, Portugal and France. Duty free isn’t available for domestic flights (within the UK) or flights to Ireland.
If you’re popping your travel beauty products in your hold luggage, there’s no size limit. Just make sure you cushion glass bottles well so that they don’t break. For hand luggage, you can bring anything up to 100ml on board. Everything has to fit into one 20cm x 20cm transparent bag, and this has to be sealed instead of knotted or tied. Remember that creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara and lip gloss all count as liquids.
