So much fun! Stopped here on our way to Padre, and it was a relaxed atmosphere, families everywhere, great place to take the kids!
Corpus is a beautiful beach! We took our two small children and it was perfect!
Corpus Christi, Texas was founded as a trading post in 1839, and it has a population now of just under a half million people. I loved the city, especially it's quaint Irishtown, where they have moved many of the old majestic houses built in the 19th or early 20th century. I have been to Corpus on three occasions, and I look forward to going back at the earliest opportunity.
If you want to visit the coast, Corpus is an excellent option. There are plenty of places to stay, restaurants to enjoy, and activities for days.
