Perfect B&B in Dorset

Without question the perfect quintessential B&B in the heart of Dorset. Ashley and Amanda are the perfect hosts and leave no stone unturned in their mission to make guests welcome. Ashley is the cocktail maestro and purveyor of the finest full English breakfast in Dorset. Amandas style and taste echoes throughout the house. Her fruit salad is also simply divine.
The location is perfect for exploring all the sights of Dorset. Do follow their recommendations for local pubs and restaurants

Warm friendly and tasteful

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Always a very welcoming team of to darling dogs saying hello.
The beautifully decorated and clean room offered everything you could wish for. Any time the hosts are welcoming and attentive. Breakfasts were great.
We loved the host’s anecdotes and stories.
This was a stopover in our trip to Cornwall, we didn’t expect this area to be so beautiful!, well worth a visit on its own. We were lucky to be able to stay longer than we originally intended. We were sad to leave. It felt like home.

Fantastic hospitality

Lovely breakfast with something for everyone at the start of a Vintage Sports Car Club Dorset Tour. Bacon, sausage, egg, mushroom, tomatoes for the traditionalists. Yoghurt, honey and fresh fruit very welcome. Loads of tea and coffee. We retuned in the afternoon for tea, cake and biscuits. Fantastic hospitality

Dreamlike Manor in Dorset

A wonderful house with an exciting story in a dreamlike setting. The location is perfect for walking in Dorset, excursions a the coast and visits to the towns and cities in the area. The accommodation is just wonderful and beautiful. Ashley and Amanda were very lovable and accommodating hosts. Nothing was missing and the breakfast was just fantastically delicious and rich every morning. We have been to England for many years and can highly recommend the B&B.

Fabulous place to stay

I never stayed anywhere quite like this before.... Wow, what a great place. The room we stayed in was quite simply fabulous. I think we were upgraded to the main bedroom with en suite which felt like what royalty would be used to. The host Ashley was so welcoming and so interesting to speak to, could of spoke to him for hours! Ideal location for travelling into West Bay and Bridport. What with the beautiful veiws, room and Ashley's great full english breakfast made it the perfect get away weekend.
