Quite the Hotel

Fancier than our usual hotel but we ended up here for three nights because our room in the sister hotel around the corner was flooded. They did, however, treat us like royalty, providing breakfast every day. We were actually booked in here for one night with an Emerald Cruse.
The hotel was lovely and the room spacious, The in room bar was free until you needed a refill. The hotel was close to restaurants and a reasonable walk from the old town. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Hate to ask what we would have paid!
Nonetheless, a great welcome to Bucharest.

A great name, but not here. The lobby is very noisy while the street is much calmer 🙁.
The pool was open for two days and closed for maintenance for the rest of the stay, I was offered a substitute but a shuttle is needed.
The room was near emergency stairs and the door was slammed all the time.
The staff were very nice and cooperative. 🌹.
I really did not like the towels prices in case of loss in Hebrew and English language ONLY.

First house on the square, everything top.

Probably the first house on the square, all very spacious and rooms very good Radisson standard, nothing more and nothing less. Super central location, you can walk everywhere. Unpleasant is that you have to pay extra for the pool area.

Inconsistent

Had a really odd experience. The housekeeping and room service waiters were excellent. Yet the people at the front desk/reception and the people welcoming customers to restaurants were usually surly and even rude. Very strange for a Radisson Hotel as they are usually 5 star.

Nice central location. Outdoor pool is lovely in the summer. Close to everything I wanted to visit. Would stay here again
