Eden between chaos.

Beautiful riad. Staff out of a thousand. The night porter : wow!!!
The location, breakfast, pool, room, hammam, everything perfect.

Peaceful place

What a majestic place! The calm after the chaos. Nature is very present there, and the entire team is very welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

The staff were beyond incredible

I honestly have no words for how amazing my experience was at Riad Roxanne. The riad is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another world — peaceful, authentic, and full of charm.
The staff were beyond incredible. Fatima, Najat, Faycal, and Abdou made us feel so welcome and looked after us with so much care. Najat’s traditional Moroccan food was always fresh and delicious, Fatima was so warm and kind, Faycal made sure everything was perfect, and Abdou even escorted us to our excursion pickup point to make sure we didn’t get lost.
I travelled with my kids and they absolutely loved it — the team treated them like family.
The hammam and massage were pure paradise. The location is perfect, very close to the souks and main attractions, and we always felt safe walking around.
Highly recommend — an unforgettable experience in Marrakech.

A real hidden gem in a bustling city

Riad Roxanne delivered everything we were looking for - we’d read the reviews, trawled their website and seen the photos. It is a calm oasis hidden in the oldest part of the medina and it feels like a sanctuary. It’s easy to find (Google does work!) but it’s well sign posted in several different directions too. It’s nice to step away from the sight seeing and find true peace.
Fatimazahra, Ali and Zakaria give 24 hour support - they work tirelessly. They’re friendly, informative and really welcoming - they're they’re the heart of the Riad. Have dinner here one night too - Chef Najat’s food is delicious.
Not sure which room to choose? You won’t be disappointed with any of them, but the Marrakech room is pretty special!

An Absolute Gem in the Heart of Marrakech

Riad Roxanne delivered exactly what we needed: pure, unhurried relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was ultra-relaxed — the kind of place that makes you exhale the second you walk through the door.
The rooms were spotless and beautifully kept, and the jacuzzi was the perfect touch after a day of exploring the medina — nothing like sinking into warm water and letting the day melt away. The pool area and overall setup were a real highlight too: nature-based, lush, and effortlessly stylish in a way that felt distinctly Moroccan. Every corner of the riad has clearly been designed with care.
Huge credit to the staff, who made the stay truly special. Fatima Zahra, Ali, and Zakaria were available around the clock, endlessly helpful, and always full of great local advice. Their warmth and attentiveness elevated the whole experience.
And a special shout-out to Chef Nojat, whose Moroccan dinner was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavour and clearly made with real passion.
We left Riad Roxanne far more relaxed than when we arrived, without a shadow of a doubt. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a genuine, tranquil Marrakech escape.
