Perfect location in Marrakech

I've stayed at this hotel during my visit to Morocco last year and I could say that I've had a wonderful experience!
Very clean, quiet, very friendly staff and a perfect location (close to bus routes and train station). I definitely recommend it!

Not pleasant

On a dual carriageway impossible to cross with constant traffic.very noisy at night. They charge for Everything.1.5 km from any sights. Taxi required as unpleasant area, too polluted to walk.Pool only for show. Freezing dining room. Everything just seems too much trouble for them. Customer service non existent. We are simply cash cows to them. Regret my booking 100%. Don't expect anything to work. If all you want is a bed, book a hostel. If you want a nice stress free holiday, pay a little extra. You get what you pay for

AVOID!!! THE WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED!!!!!

We booked through OKEY TRAVEL based in Agadir (avoid this agent too when we reported numerous issues with our accommodation this so called "3 star" hotel mainly our broken bedroom door lock!! no one answered the calls or help us). Where do I start we have been checked in in to the bedroom with broken door lock, unmade beds, bedding was missing, bedroom was filthy, furniture old, broken, shabby. When we askzd to move us to another room we have been told that they are fully booked, that they cannot help us and its ok to stay with unsecured bedroom door!? Really?! Looking at one if the previous reviews where cash was stolen from the room I dont thinks so!!! We had to move our belongings to our friends room while we went out to discover Mararakech. When we came back our Agent has done NOTHING to support us, we have been left with all the issues. Luckily our van driver felt sorry for us and he offered to swap his bedroom. Overall the hotel is dirty, run down, food is horrible, dining are filthy, staff unhelpful. You will be better of staying in the hostel! Never again!

Never Again!

This is not a new hotel, no way ! It is old dirty and shabby. Ok it’s cheap and a base but vile! I’m only glad I never had my kids with me,just me and wife. Rooms falling apart.Pool dirty and a tiny square in reception. Staff hostile and unhelpful. I actually got a feeling they hated us. Never been in a place like it. Towels about 20 years old and unfit for use. Dining room atrocious and the food is carried in from across reception when you arrive, god knows where from. Bad staff that have no manners whatsoever. To be honest and looking at some other guests it was more like a hostel not hotel. In ad above says it was opened 2005 I have no idea where that came from, possibly 1905 and a misprint. Those furnishings all falling apart and that decor no way belongs to the last 60 years at least. Shouldn’t be advertised in Europe or at least explain how run down it is to avoid upset . Avenue it’s on is pretty rough but around corner better.
