It's lovely city, for fun and young people's. But I didn't like the beach in Budva it's lil' bit dirty. So I been in Bečići by taxi and it was cheap (3€ on one way)
Budva is a nice costal city, has an old walled town part with a citadel. It's only about 30 mins south of Kotor and its bay.
Another medieval walled city this time built right on the beach. It looks very clean and new as it was rebuilt following the 1979 earthquake. Well worth a visit for shops, bars, restaurants, boat trips and swimming.
Budva old city One of the most impressive medieval walled cities, with a similar look and feel as Kotor with narrow streets and small squares and a life of traditional music and dance. Why not grab a boat and take a leisurely sail along the coast line and many small islands?
