Home away from home
This place is wonderful! The accommodations are so cute and clean and comfortable. John and Lina thought of every detail. The heated pool is fantastic and John is the best host/concierge ever! He arranged all of our excursions, cabs, etc. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely return!

Home Sweet Home away from Home !!
We stayed in Casa Cielo, the 1-bedroom apartment with two balconies. An attractive, comfortable, spacious lodging set in a vibrant communal compound where wonderful music serenades all. Owners John and Lani welcome you like family. Their door is always open for advice, directions, and local knowledge. John arranged good deals for us on a 1-day rental car and a cab to the airport We were able to walk 5 minutes to the waterfront, 5-15 minutes to restaurants, 15 minutes to groceries. They also had bikes we borrowed to explore the town more widely. Plenty of restaurants and a bakery in the neighborhood. When dining at home, we took our meals on one of the balconies, where we could see the mountains and enjoy the passing birds. We will happily return to Dome Suite Domes the next time we visit Loreto.

So much more than I expected!
John and Lani are warm and gracious hosts. Their gift of hospitality sets them apart. The Domes property is tastefully furnished and festively decorated. The outdoor living spaces were my favorite with the sounds of the banner flags, water fountain, and lovely music. The pool is sparkling clean and just the right temperature. There is plenty of seating. The rooftop views of the sunrise and the mountains were remarkable.

A dream come true
John is an exceptional Host, his house is bright and welcoming. For our family a real paradise. The pool is clean, the house is spacious and the beds comfortable. Absolutely recommended for an authentic experience. We left with tears in our eyes

Great place to stay!
We stayed in the Luna Dome - a comfortable, attractive and well designed bungalow with a full kitchen and large refrigerator. Nicely decorated, lots of windows, private patios front and back, lots of sitting spots and comfortable bed and huge shower. Lots of storage for clothes, suitcases, and things. Hooks everywhere. Nice lighting throughout and ceiling fans (looks like there is AC, but we didn't need it). They have thought of everything - even a private clothesline with clothespins. Beautiful grounds, lots of bird activity and very nice plunge pool that is heated. Gas BBQ and a fire pit for grilling are available but we didn't use them (chilly and windy). We did cook breakfasts and a couple of dinners in our kitchen. There were enough pots and pans (no lids), and utensils for very simple meals but don't expect to cook fancy big meals. Some spices and oil and plenty of good coffee were provided.
Short walk to the beach, a longish walk to the town center for groceries and restaurants, but pleasant along the Malecon.
John and Lani were great hosts! Friendly and available but not intrusive, also interesting to talk to.
They provided a simple map of town that showed ATMs, grocery stores and selected restaurants.
John also arranged a taxi for us to visit the San Javier Mission - Juan. The price was about half of what one would pay for a tour with one of the tour companies and Juan was fantastic (no English).
