Best rooftop bar in Malta!
We have been in Malta for a week, Thursday night we had just finished our meal and started our casual walkabout when we was approached by a wonderful lady asking us if we would like to look around the new hotel that had just opened, i said we are just going for a walk, but she insisted that we quickly look around and come & see the rooftop bar
I love a rooftop bar and have visited many around the world as i travel globally for work
my first a million years ago at the Four Seasons in Mumbai if you want to know!
So the diamond, Moona, took my wife & i up to the roof top for what i planned as a quick mooch around and leave for our walk.
Once we got up there we saw how wonderful & chilled it was we & decided to stay for a drink (prices are super reasonable, no different to the local bars)
After our first drink we decided to look at the food menu (even though we had just had dinner) and the menu sparked our curiosity! We ordered the hummus & bread, cheese burger tacos & meatballs (which comes on a bed of hummus)
The food was absolutely amazing - i did enjoy the tacos the most!
Once we looked around we asked if we could move tables to another part of the rooftop - this was no problem & the team moved us quickly without issue
We then proceeded to spend the rest of the night happy looking at the view of the bay and drinking far more drinks than we had planned (beer for me, wine for my wife and an amazing sangria to end - more of a fruit punch but was fresh & lovely)
We spoke to the whole team and everyone of them was helpful, funny & caring a truly global gang Babar, Ayoub & Jessa and the Pompey Manager!
We had been told that the hotel was opening next week but tonight was a soft opening to get the team working, and we are their first customers - it was all so professional that you would not have known they had only just opened!
If you are in Malta you MUST visit this place the atmosphere is chilled, the view is amazing, the food & drinks are great

Great work team & see you again before we leave!
Next time we will 100% be staying at this hotel
