Better places for the price can be found
It was just dreadfully overpriced for what it is. The room needs updating but was clean, other than the mouldy shower grout.
Basics amenities such as a bin/soap for the room, not available. No one changed our towels for a 4 night stay. I think we were supposed to put a sign out but there was no sign to put out. The sockets fall out of the walls if you touched them.
The bathroom floor was always damp even when no one went in there. I think something is leaking. The pool looked clean, but the slides had broken plastic holes on them and plants growing around them. I was too scared to let the kids go on the slide. Fingers could get caught in the holes.
If I’d paid 50euro a night, I would have been ok with it. You also can’t follow through with paying with booking.com. They want cash or bank transfer. So it shows on booking.com as cancelled. So you have no way to get your money back. But we paid 194euros a night . Which is an insane amount, I’m sure this hotel was great when it opened but it needs some serious updating to charge those prices.

Horrible stay
During our stay, we felt uncomfortable because of the way the hotel owner interacted with guests. Every time we walked past, he would ask personal questions about where we were going, what we were doing, and how our day was going. We found this behavior overly intrusive, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. We were also asked not to eat pizza in the lobby because the owner was concerned that we might leave crumbs for him to clean up.
Many doors throughout the hotel were kept locked at all times. Even the main entrance was locked during the day, so we had to call someone to let us in. Access to the common areas was restricted, and we had to ask for doors to be unlocked whenever we wanted to use them. Combined with the large number of security cameras and the owner’s constant attention, we felt like we were being watched throughout our stay.
Breakfast was also disappointing. There was no regular breakfast serving period—guests were expected to arrive exactly at 9:00 a.m. The food selection was very limited, and some of the items did not appear to be fresh. Hot dishes were prepared on demand, but we were disappointed with their quality. There was no milk available for the cereal, and milk was only provided on the third day of our stay. Unfortunately, it appeared to have gone bad.
The hotel itself gave the impression of poor maintenance. There was a noticeable damp smell throughout the corridors, and the carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for a long time. Our room did not have hand soap or even a trash bin. The bathroom door did not close properly, and both the towels and bed linen had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom lighting was also very poor.
The swimming pool area and water slide also appeared to be poorly maintained. Because of their condition, we did not feel comfortable or safe using these facilities.
Considering the price we paid, we do not believe this hotel offered good value for money. We expected a cleaner environment, better breakfast, and more professional hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, and based on our stay, we would not recommend this hotel.

Unpleasant, Unsafe, Disappointing
We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The payment through Booking was declined, and we were asked to pay through a personal link instead. Upon arrival, they demanded an extra payment for an “upgrade,” even though we had already booked and paid for that exact room. The receptionist was rude and provocative, threatened not to give us the keys, and even tried to control what we could bring into the room. At breakfast, water for the coffee machine was poured from a flower watering can (unhygienic and unsafe), and the food itself was very poor, with almost no choice available. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
