Average stay
Pros:
1. Reception manager's behaviour was excellent
2. Room was decent/ clean
3. Mineral Water was complimentary
4. 24 hours hot water
5. Power backup
Cons:
1. Location is bit odd - opp. to a burial ground and in the middle of a residential area; the entire lane becomes very dark after sunset.
2. There are too many dogs in this lane which will hamper your good night's sleep.
3. Breakfast was complimentary but you need to call multiple times before it's delivered to your room. Plus, they will not consider your kid for breakfast. Only after I told they provided. Also, it felt they are doing me a favour by providing breakfast. Not good attitude.
4. Service staff enters the room without permission, this is a serious privacy concern and I don't appreciate this.
Conclusion - Only book this hotel if you are travelling in peak season and have no other option left.
